What browsers do you support?

We support the latest browser versions for the best experience:

For optimal performance, we recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version. Some features may not work correctly on older versions or unsupported browsers.

What type of internet connection do you recommend for the desktop and mobile applications?

Desktop Application: For optimal performance, we recommend a stable, high-speed wired Ethernet connection or a reliable Wi-Fi connection (802.11ac or newer). A minimum download speed of 10 (megabytes per second) is suggested to ensure smooth functionality.

Mobile Application: We recommend using a 4G or 5G cellular connection for the best experience on mobile devices. Wi-Fi (802.11ac or newer) is also highly recommended when available for faster and more stable connectivity. A minimum download speed of 5 Mbps is suggested.

Are there any browser extensions that will interfere with the application?

Yes, certain browser extensions, such as Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin, or other ad blockers and privacy tools that block third-party cookies or scripts, may interfere with the application’s functionality. This can result in suboptimal performance, such as missing features or slower response times. To ensure the best experience, we recommend adding beehere.net to your browser’s allow list for third-party cookies and scripts. Consult your browser’s settings or extension documentation for instructions on how to configure these exceptions.

What type of files or documents can I upload?

Most file types are supported. Please note that proprietary files may not be accessible on certain computers due to software limitations. The following file types are not permitted: BAT, CMD, COM, DLL, EXE, JS, MSI, PHP, PL,  PY, SH, SQL, TS, TSX and VBS.

Is there a limit on the size of the file that can be uploaded?

There is no limit on the storage for uploads, but you want to keep in mind the downloading speed of large files in the field.

What are the password requirements for setting up an account?

Minimum password requirements are:

  • more than 8 characters

  • 1 uppercase character

  • 1 lowercase character

  • 1 digit

Field Application

Do I have to install the Field app in order to use it?

No, the Field App is a mobile-responsive website and is not a native app. You can use it on any of these supported devices.

SeeClickFix CRM 311 Integration

How do I make a public comment through Asset Management that will go to the resident portal in SeeClickFix CRM 311?

All comments in  are internal by default. To send a comment to the public, start your comment with “To SCF:” without the quotes. Everything after “To: SCF:” will be posted to the public.

Can I change the colors of the point geometry for SeeClickFix CRM 311 requests?

Yes, you can. By default, the colors of the symbology are set to:

  • Open/Received - Green

  • In Progress - Orange

  • Closed - Blue

Can I see my updates from Asset Management immediately in SeeClickFix CRM 311?

SeeClickFix 311 CRM to Asset Management is a real-time integration. The reverse is done on a polling schedule.

Esri ArcGIS Integration

Do you integrate with Esri ArcGIS?

Yes, we can do a bi-directional sync with ESRI ArcGIS. You will need ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise. If using ArcGIS Enterprise, you will need to be on version 10.6.1 or higher.
