Asset Record

An asset record is organized into three primary sections:

  • Asset Properties: Contains key details about the asset, such as type, location, status, and custom fields.

  • Mini-Map Widget: Displays the asset's geographic location on an interactive map for spatial context and navigation.

  • Event Grid: Lists all associated events, inspections, and activities linked to the asset.

Asset Properties

Each asset includes standard and custom fields. The custom properties that you see on a per asset class basis will change. For example, the properties visible for a valve will differ from the visible properties of a pipe. Despite these differences, your interaction with the properties will remain the same.

Key standard fields include:

  • Name: Unique identifier or descriptive title.

  • Life Cycle: Status, such as Active, Proposed, or Retired

  • Owned By: Department or responsible party
