Missing GlobalID

Integration cannot match or update features without a GlobalID field.

Enable GlobalIDs before publishing.

Disabled ChangeTracking

Deletions not transmitted; orphan records appear in Asset Management.

Enable ChangeTracking in ArcGIS Pro before publishing.

Incorrect Permissions

An integration user cannot extract deletions or apply edits.

Assign Sync or Edit access to the integration user.

Misaligned Domain Values

Domain codes and lookup values differ between systems, causing NULLs or mismatches.

Verify Esri domain alignment with Asset Management lookup tables before go-live.

Versioning Misconfiguration

Versioned layers are not properly registered, preventing ExtractChanges from running.

Confirm “Register as versioned” and “Enable Branch Versioning” settings in ArcGIDS Pro.

Misunderstanding anonymous access

GIS team assumes deletion tracking or bi-directional sync is supported on anonymous services

Configure a secured feature service and integration user for advanced synchronization workflows.

GIS Sync Log

You can, optionally, turn on the ability to see all record syncing. The Sync log captures every record, date synced, and whether or not the sync succeeded. When turned on, the GIS Sync Log can be found in the Query tab.

View GIS Sync Log

  1. Click the Query tab
    Query tab in Asset Management.

  2. Locate and expand GIS Audit
    GIS Audit expandable menu.

  3. Click GIS Sync Details - Past 30 Days
    GIS Sync Details - Past 30 Days option.
