New Asset Selector
Today, we’ve launched an 'Asset Selector' that makes selecting assets on the map faster and easier.
When you click on the map, if multiple assets are clustered close together, you will be presented with the Asset Selector Modal. Clicking an asset from the modal will then redirect you to the asset detail page. If you click on the map and your click is precise or there are no surrounding assets nearby, you will be taken directly to the asset detail page, bypassing the Asset Selector. Assets will only show in the selector if turned on in the legend.
The Asset Selector Modal reduces the need for pinpoint clicking or excessive zooming. It gets you to the right asset faster with less effort.
SeeClickFix CRM 311 Requests in the Schedule
We have added the ability to drag-and-drop unscheduled incoming requests from SeeClickFix to the Schedule tool.
