Manage Items on Events

Add Items to Events

  1. Search for the Event

  2. Click the Resources tab
    The Resources tab in an Event.

  3. Click the New button in the Material table
    The New button to the right of the Material table header.

  4. Select the Part or Component
    The Component and Part dropdown fields under the Material Entry header.

  5. Complete the Unit Cost, Quantity, and Note fields as necessary
    The Unit Cost, Quantity, and Note text input fields.

  6. Click Add
    The Add button below the Material Entry text input fields.

  7. Click Save
    The Save button below the Materials table.

Update Items on Events

  1. Search for the Event

  2. Click the Resources tab
    The Resources tab in an Event.

  3. Click the existing item in the Material table
    An Item in the Material table.

  4. Update the information

  5. Click the Update button
    The Update button below the Material Entry text input fields.

  6. Click Save
    The Save button below the Materials table.

Remove Items from Events

  1. Search for the Event

  2. Click the Resources tab
    The Resources tab in an Event.

  3. Click the existing item in the Material table
    An Item in the Material table.

  4. Click the Remove button
    The Remove button below the Material Entry text input fields.

  5. Click Save
    The Save button below the Materials table.
