Work Management is used to organize and manage groups of tasks related to maintenance, inspections, repairs, or other operational activities. They can include multiple tasks across various assets and make it a powerful tool for coordinating larger projects or recurring work. They differ from events in that they do not have to be tied to an asset and can have their own location. Key features include:
Scheduling: Supports planned start and end dates for better resource planning.
Assignments: Allows you to assign work to specific individuals or crews.
Status Tracking: Monitors progress through stages like Pending, In Progress, and Complete.
Documentation: Provides space for notes, attachments, and historical records.
Work Management helps streamline workflows, improve communication, and ensure the timely completion of field activities by providing a centralized view of all related work.
