Add and Manage Your Phone Number in the Platform

This article walks through how to add or edit the phone numbers for your CivicPlus account.

Instructions

1. Log in on the Sign In Screen

2. Select the Contact Information tab

3. To add a phone number, select Add a New Phone Number under the Phone Numbers section

   • To modify an existing number, select Edit

4. Fill in the phone number fields

   • Supports: Check the boxes if the phone number allows text messages and/or voice calls

   • Phone Number Label (Optional): Edit the default label to describe the number, such as "Mobile Phone"

   • Phone Number: Add the 10-digit phone number (no dashes)

5. Click Save Changes
