# Applications Overview

Applications are the products that are tied to a Staff Center organization. An organization's applications will display in the Dashboard and within the product App switcher.

## Dashboard

Each organization will have a Dashboard that the [organization's users](/civicplus-help-center/docs/add-manage-users) can access. The Dashboard will link out to the applications associated with that organization so users can easily navigate to other products.

## App Switcher

The applications switcher populates with all of the applications that are tied to an organization. The switcher allows users to navigate between their CivicPlus products. User permissions are handled by each product.

## Applications Listing

[Organization Owners](/civicplus-help-center/docs/organization-owners) will also be able to view the **Applications** listing under Organization Settings, but will need to [contact CivicPlus Support](/civicplus-help-center/docs/contact-civicplus-support) to add or edit any of the applications.

## Application Credentials

The Staff Center supports the storage and access of Application Credentials for Web Central, Web Open, Process Automation and Digital Services, Mass Notification, HCMS, Online Code Hosting, and SeeClickFix 311 CRM, as well as a couple of third-party providers.

Organization Owners are able to add credentials to existing applications.
