# Global Payments Integrated EMV RCM Downloads

RCM (Remote Client Manager) is the software link between the pin pad or EMV device and Global Payments Integrated (formerly OpenEdge). An RCM must be downloaded and installed on the computer through which you will be processing card-present transactions.
