Manage Your Location and Address

This article walks through how to add or edit the location/address for your CivicPlus account.

Important Note

If you prefer to not provide your specific address, you can provide your general location. City, State, and Zip Code are required to receive Notifications.

Instructions

  1. Log in on the Sign In Screen CivicPlus sign-in page with an email field and Continue button, along with other account login options.

  2. Select the Contact Information tab The Contact Information tab on the navigation menu.

  3. To add or change an address, select the Edit button under the Location & Address section User interface for entering location and address details with a highlighted Edit button.

  4. Fill in the fields Form for entering primary address details, including country and city information.

    • Address Label: Edit the default label to describe the address, such as "Home Address"

    • Country: Type and select the applicable country

    • Search Google Maps: Type and select an address to search Google Maps and auto-populate the remaining fields

    • Address: Add the address for your location

    • City, State, Zip: You will need to enter your city, state, and zip code

    • Shipping Address is the same: Check the box if the address you entered is the same as your shipping address

  5. Click Save ChangesThe Save Changes button on the address page.
