This article explains how to search our CivicPlus Help Centers. When you enter a search term, you will see a list of related articles and categories. You can also choose to view an AI-generated response that pulls content from helpful resources in the Help Center.
Access the Search Bar
You can access the Help Center search in two locations:
On the Homepage
Above the article navigation menu
Search the Help Center
The search will populate with a list of suggested articles and categories as you type. You can either click on one of the items in the list or hit Enter to view an AI-generated response to your search.
AI Response
If you click on the Ask Eddy AI box or hit Enter on your keyboard, an AI-generated answer to your search will appear. The response will cite the Help Center resources it used to summarize the answer. You can click the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons to note whether it answered your question appropriately. You can also type a response to continue asking the AI bot for more information.

Search Term Tips
Use double quotes (") around a word or phrase to find content that includes all of those words. For example, "meeting agenda".
Use the minus sign (-) in front of a search term to find content that does not include that word or phrase. For example, account -password.
