The SeeClickFix 311 CRM product can be added as a tab on your Resident Portal. This embed allows users to view a map of existing requests and submit a new request.
Note: If you have the SeeClickFix 311 CRM product and do not see it in your Resident Portal, please contact Support.
Administrators can customize the label and description of the embed under Navigation Settings.
