Change the Parameters of a Saved Search

Instructions

  1. Log in/navigate to your Dashboard:The Municode dashboard with a saved MuniPRO search displayed.

  2. Scroll down to the Recent Saved Searches section:The Recent Saved Searches section of the Municode Dashboard.

  3. Click Manage Saved Searches:The Manage Saved Searches button is highlighted in the Recent Saved Searches section.

  4. Click the name of the search you wish to update to be taken to its search results page:The name of a saved search is highlighted for selection on the Manage Your Saved Searches page.

  5. Update the selected states, search type, document type, classification, and relevance, as desired:A Saved Search screen with options for updating or revising the search highlighted, including classification, selecting states, and more.

  6. Select Save This Search:The Save This Search button is highlighted on an updated Saved Search.

  7. Edit the name of your search, if desired:An updated Saved Search being saved again has the Search Name field highlighted.

  8. Click Save:An Updated Saved Search with the Save button highlighted.

    Note:

    Click Cancel to exit the save search function.

  9. Navigate to the Account Menu:The Account Menu icon on the Municode Codification header bar is highlighted.

  10. Select View Dashboard:The Account Menu is expanded with the View Dashboard option highlighted.

  11. Navigate to the Recent Saved Searches section The Recent Saved Searches section of the Dashboard after updating a Saved Search and saving it.

  12. Your updated search will appear as the first entry in the Recently Saved Searches list:The Recent Saved Searches section with a recently updated Saved Search highlighted.

    Note:

    The original version of your search will remain in the Saved Searches list. You may have to click Manage Saved Searches to view it.
