This article shows how to make a payment without an invoice. This is done using the Licensing System. Users will learn the steps to send payments. This helps keep accounts up-to-date. This works even when an invoice is not ready right away.
Instructions
Sign in to your site
Navigate to Licensing System, and select Apply Payment without Invoice
Enter the Application or License # and click Search
If the record has Unpaid Fees, those will display. You can also Add, Edit, or Update Fees with the appropriate buttons at the bottom of the section.
If the item searched for has any Unpaid Invoices, those will display
The Create Invoice and Apply Payment section lets you create a new invoice. This invoice will include contact and notification details.
Finish by clicking on the Create Invoice & Apply Payment button
