Licenses can all expire on the same or different days based on type and use.
Configure License to All Expire On the Same Day
Sign in to your site
Navigate to Admin Tools and select Organizational Settings
Select Licensing Settings
Make sure the Automated License field is checked
Select Yes under the Do all licenses expire on the same date? option
Enter a date for the Renewal Cycle Override
Note:
Although the year appears in the "Renewal Cycle Override" box, only the month and day are used. If a new license is created, it will be used in the first year in the future. For example, if all licenses expire on December 31 and a new license is created on December 1, 2024, then the expiration date will be December 31, 2024. However, if a new license is created on January 1, 2025, the first year will be 2025, with an expiration date of December 31, 2025.
