Ability to Hide Owner Information in the Portal
To support state privacy laws, we have added a way to hide owner information from the public portal. Owner information includes the person or group that owns a property, building, or suite. It also includes their contact details like name, email, phone number, and mailing address. This information can be hidden from:
The Parcel Picker, when applying for a permit, project, or license
The Parcel Picker, when a request or complaint is submitted (code enforcement module)
The Permit, Project, License, and Inspection Detail Screens
Note:
The public record search feature does not contain owner information, and therefore, this setting does not apply
