Search Property Records for Fees

All fees are available for viewing within each property record the application is associated with.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Asset Management, select Property Management, and then Search from the menu:Dashboard interface showing asset management and property management options to search.

  3. Select the Owner Information section:A user interface for tax parcel search with a highlighted owner information section.

  4. Search for the property location using any of the available fields:An owner information form with fields for tax parcel ID, contact, and location details.

    • Tax Parcel ID (S-B-L): Enter the section, block, and lot number to search for a parcel

    • Owner or Occupant: Enter the name of the property owner or occupant

    • Building Name: Enter the building name associated with the parcel

    • Suite Name: Enter the suite name, if applicable

    • Old or Replaced Parcel Number: Enter a previous parcel number to locate the current parcel record

    • Phone: Enter the contact phone number for the owner or occupant

    • Email: Enter the contact email address for the owner or occupant

    • Location: Enter the property location

    • Tax Parcel Group Code: Select the parcel group code associated with the property

    • Building or Suite Search: Select an option to display or search available parcels

    • Building or Suite ID: Enter the building or suite identification number

    • Contact: Enter the primary contact name for the parcel

    • Mailing: Enter the mailing address for the owner or occupant

      Note:
      The most common are the tax parcel ID, owner name, or address fields.

  5. Scroll down and select the Tax Parcel number to open the record:Table displaying tax parcel information, including location and owner details. A tax parcel number is highlighted.

  6. Scroll down and expand the section that says Click here to display records at this location:A button to display records for the specified location in the document section.

  7. Select the Fees tab:A navigation menu displaying various records with 'Fees' highlighted for selection.

  8. Choose to view the fees that are associated with records at the Parcel (land) Level or view All Fees For the Parcel:Options for displaying parcel fees or all fees, including buildings and lots, are highlighted.

  9. The system displays a filtered general ledger list of the fees:A detailed breakdown of parcel-level fees, including permit application and construction charges.
