Download Personal Data

Users are able to download the personal data for their CivicPlus Single Sign-On account. This data includes the user name, email, phone number, and if two-factor authentication is enabled on the account.

Instructions

  1. Log in to your CivicPlus accountCivicPlus sign-in page with an email field and Continue button, along with other account login options.

  2. Select the Account History tab The Account History tab highlighted in the navigation menu of Account Service.

  3. Click the Download button under the Personal Data section Instructions for downloading personal data from a CivicPlus account with a highlighted Download button.

  4. A JSON file will download to your computer Downloaded file named 'PersonalData.json' in a web browser.
