# Review Resident Conversations for an Agent

Administrators can search and drill into resident conversations for their CivicPlus Agent. This makes it easier to understand what users are asking and how the agent is performing. Admins can also export filtered conversation results to a downloadable CSV file.

## View and Filter Conversations

1. [Sign in to the Staff Center](https://staffcenter.civicplus.com/)
2. 4. Use the **Search** bar or the **date filters** to narrow results

5. ## Export Conversations

Users can export conversation results based on the filters currently applied, including search keywords and date ranges. Exports run as a background job, so users can continue working while the CSV is generated. Processing time may vary based on the size of the export.

> Important Notes
> 
> - Exports are scoped to the user who created them, so one user cannot view or download another user’s export files.
> - Past exports are retained for 7 days and then automatically expire.
> - Exported files include conversation metadata and message-level data for the selected filtered results.

1. [Navigate to and filter conversations](/civicplus-help-center/docs/review-resident-conversations-for-an-agent#instructions).
2. 3. 4. A drawer displays recent exports, with the most current export shown at the top. 5. The CSV will download to your device.
