## Released Enhancements

### CivicPlus Agent Conversation Exports

Admins can now export filtered CivicPlus Agent [conversation results](/civicplus-help-center/docs/review-resident-conversations-for-an-agent) to a downloadable CSV file. This update makes it easier to review, share, and analyze resident interactions outside of the Agent experience while keeping the export process available directly in Staff Center.

#### Key Capabilities

- **Export filtered conversations:** Users can export conversation results based on the filters currently applied, including search keywords and date ranges.
- **Background processing:** Exports run as a background job, so users can continue working while the CSV is generated. Processing time may vary based on the size of the export.
- **Export drawer:** A new drawer displays recent exports, with the most current export shown at the top. Each export includes details such as timestamp, search keywords, date filter, and export status.
- **Downloadable CSV:** Once an export is complete, users can download the CSV from the export drawer. The file opens with one conversation message per row.
- **Status messaging and retry support:** On-screen messages keep users informed while exports are created. If an export fails, an error message displays and users can retry the same export.
- **User-scoped exports:** Exports are scoped to the user who created them, so one user cannot view or download another user’s export files.

- Exports are available from the [Agent Conversations](/civicplus-help-center/docs/review-resident-conversations-for-an-agent) experience in Staff Center.
- Past exports are retained for 7 days and then automatically expire.
- Exported files include conversation metadata and message-level data for the selected filtered results.
