# Test Your CivicPlus Agent

Administrators can test an agent before embedding it on a website and sharing it with resident users. Currently, Test Agent can only be triggered from the Knowledge Base Page. Visual configurations must be saved before they can be tested, while content configurations are automatically saved.

- View configurations, including appropriate length of response, tone, and branding.
- View the Intro Message.
- View placement of the FAB (floating action button) and its active and inactive states.
- Interact with content, evaluating response accuracy and formatting.

1. [Sign in to the Staff Center](https://staffcenter.civicplus.com/)
2. 4. 5. The last-saved agent button displays in the lower-right of the screen.
