Turn Off PayPal Payflow Receipt Page

Receipt Page Best Practices

As a best practice, it is best to show users only one receipt page. You should always default to using the CivicPlus product receipt. If you are seeing this page, you can turn off the double receipts by following these instructions.

Instructions

1. Log in to PayPal Manager

2. Click Service Settings

3. Select Hosted Checkout Pages

4. Click Set Up

5. Under Payment Confirmation, select the option On my website for the setting Show Confirmation Page

6. Enter Return URL

   Note: You can get this URL by contacting CivicPlus Support.

7. Select POST for Return URL Method

8. Click Save Changes
