View Agendas in the Agenda Center

The Agenda Center module in CivicPlus Mobile allows you to view an agenda in your native mobile browser or using PDF. This article will show you how to search and access agendas in SeeClickFix 311 CRM.

Instructions

  1. Select the Agenda Center iconAgenda Center icon.

  2. Tap Search by CategorySearch by Category drop-down.

  3. Select your desired CategoryCategory list.

  4. Tap Search by Word or Phrase to refine your search further Search by Word or Phrase.

  5. Select your date rangeDate range options.

    • Last Month: View agendas from the past month

    • Last Week: View agendas from the past week

    • Next Week: View agendas in the coming week

    • Next Month: View agendas in the coming month

    • Set Custom Date Range: View past and/or future agendas within a specified date range

  6. Tap View AgendasView Agendas buttons.

  7. View results Results with event listed.

  8. Tap the arrow icon to see more information Agenda Options.

    • Preview: Preview the agenda in your mobile device's native browser Preview Agenda.

    • Agenda: Download a PDF of the agenda

    • Packet: Download a PDF of the complete agenda packet

    • Recording: View a recording of the agenda meeting, if available
