This article walks through how to view your conversation history with CivicPlus Athena.

Important Notes

  • Users will only be able to see their own chat history. They will not be able to see the conversation history for other users in their organization.

  • CivicPlus Athena is currently in Beta. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.

Who can use this feature?

Organization Users

Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Staff Center

  2. Expand the Conversations menu and select Chat History

  3. View your recent chats or search for a specific conversation

  4. Click on a chat card to view more information

  5. Review the conversation details

  6. If needed, type into the chatbox to continue the conversation
