Reset Password

Note: If you cannot log in because you cannot remember your password, select the Forgot Password option. Choosing this option will send you instructions to reset your password.


  1. Select your name in the upper right corner
  2. Select Settings
    • Note: If you are within one of our product solutions (such as CivicRec), rather than within the CivicPlus Platform interface, you will see an option to Reset Password.
  3. Select Reset Password

Note: For security purposes, a system administrator is not able to reset a user’s password. It is recommended that users select the Forgot Password option on the sign-in screen. Choosing this option will send an email to the user with instructions for resetting his/her password. If the user does not receive the email, he/she should check spam filtering and firewall settings.
