If you mistype your password more than 3 times your account will become locked.
If your account is locked, please contact your system administrator to unlock it for you.
To unlock an account open the employee and click the "Unlock Account" button. This will enable the user to log back in again. The same password will continue. However, you may wish to also reset the password by clicking "Reset Password".
If you click "Reset Password" a system generated password will be emailed to the user.
Note: Candidates are not locked out of their account by typing their password too many times. This only affects users listed under Employees.
