The advance search tab can be used to search for particular candidates or for finding candidates with specific skills.
To use the Advanced Search, navigate to Candidate Management and click on the 4th tab.
Here you can search across all your candidates, regardless if they are active, dismissed or archived. This is a great place if you are wanting to lookup an individual. You can search by:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Candidate Status
- Candidate ID
- Job Title
- Requisition ID
- Keywords in Resume
You can also search to find words in uploaded resumes. Type in a keyword and press enter.
Clicking on “View Resume” will show you a plain text version of the resume where the search terms will be highlighted in yellow.
If there are any names, titles, or status that match the keyword, those will also be highlighted in yellow.
