Reservation Process


  1. Select Modules > Content > Facilities
  2. Select the desired Category from the Categories section on the right-hand side of the module
  3. Select Actions from the right of the desired Facility and select View Calendar
  4. Select Reserve 
  5. Fill out information on this page and select Check Availability and Continue
  6. A new tab will open with a form to fill in additional information. Some information will auto-populate; a red asterisk denotes the required field. When finished select Submitchrome_2017-10-12_08-18-04.png
    • Event Name - Enter the name of the event here
    • Event Details - Enter the specific details for the event here; which can include: what the event is, how many people will be in attendance, directions, activities at the event, etc
    • Event Date - Enter the beginning date and time to the end date and time here
    • All Day - Select this if the event is all day
    • First Name and Last Name  - Enter the organizers first and last name here
    • Email Address - Enter the organizer's email address here
    • Phone Number - Enter the organizer's contact phone number here
    • List this event as private on the facility calendar -  Select this if you would like all details hidden from public view

Note: CivicEngage does not have a "Shopping Cart" for the Facilities or Activities module. This means you cannot bulk register or reserve in the module, you will need to do one registration/reservation at a time. For this functionality, please review our CivicRec option.
