Enable/Disable the Plan Holders List

Note: This option can only be accessed by module owners or System Administrators

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Bid Postings
  2. Click on the Plan Holders Form tab at the top of the module.
  3. Click the drop-down to choose the desired setting.
    1. Do not use – This option will disable to Plan Holders List functionality for the module
    2. Require submission before viewing bid – This option will require the audience to complete the Plan Holders List Form in order to view Bid item.
    3. Require submission before viewing Related Documents – This option will require the audience to complete the Plan Holders List Form in order to download any document on a Bid item marked as a Related Document.
  4. If either of the latter two options are selected, you can adjust the Form below the dropdown.
  5. Modifying the form follows the same process as creating/modifying a form in Form Center.
  6. The Email Address field is required and cannot be removed.
  7. Click Save Changes in order to save any modifications.
  8. See Section 4 in order to enable the option for specific categories.
