Add a Photo to an Album

  1. Login to the Admin side of your website
  2. Go to Modules > Content > Photo Gallery
  3. Ensure you are on the album in which you wish to add photos, you can navigate through albums on the right hand side.
  4. Click the Add Photos button
  5. If your image already exists, locate it in the folder structure and proceed to step 14, if your image does not already exist proceed to step 6
  6. Locate the folder you would like the image housed within, or select Add Folder
    • Note: If you do not have the option to Add Folder, this means you do not have adequate permissions and will need to reach out to a system administrator on your site.
  7. Select Add Images
  8. Click within the dotted area to find the files on your computer
  9. Locate the files on your computer and select to add
    • Note: To select multiple, you will have to hold down ctrl on your keyboard and then select which files you want
  10. Click Open

  11. Click Continue
  12. Modify the Display Name or Alt text to be relevant to the picture for a public user
  13. Select Add Images at the bottom
  14. Select the images you want by clicking the checkmark to the left of them
  15. Select Insert Marked in the upper right corner

Add a Photo Via Live Edit

  1. Login to the Admin side of your website
  2. Select Modules > Live Edit > Photo Gallery
  3. By selecting the Blog via the Live Edit button, this will flip you to the public side of the Photo Gallery Module. At the top of the page you will see a menu called Live Edit. This will allow you to Enable the Live Edit via the Enable Live Edit option.
  4. Find the album you want to add your photo
  5. Select the KAM icon and select the New Item button
  6. Click the New Item button
  7. Click the Browse button
  8. Select the photo from your computer
  9. Click Add more files if you wish to add more than 1 photo
  10. Click Upload
  11. Click Save All
