Add a Bid

Instructions

  1. Log in to the admin side of the website.
  2. Go to Modules > Content > Bid Postings.
  3. Select Choose an Action > Add Item for your chosen category. Fill in the appropriate details about the bid that is being posted (Fig. 3-1).

  4. Place a check mark next to the category or categories where you would like to add the bid.
  5. If you have documents that need to be added to the bid posting, you can add them from the document center by using the Related Documents tab
  6. Navigate to the document you wish to relate and select Relate. More than one document can be related. Check “New Window” if you with for the document to open in a new window when opened.
  7. Select option to complete adding/creating category.
    • Cancel – Will delete what you’ve done
    • Save – Will save the work as an unpublished draft
    • Save & Publish – Will save the work and publish it for viewing
      • Note: Authors will see Save & Submit
