Check In


“Activities” include all of the settings for your organization’s activities. Here, you will find the settings for Activities List, League Management, Program Rollover, Player Assessments, Categories, Program Periods, Instructors, Check-in, Attendance, Weekly Invoices, and Scholarships

Navigate to Check-in: Activities > Check-in

Think of your CivicRec Check-in feature as a “virtual sign-in sheet”. Here, you can scan membership I.D.’s, enter and search members manually, check a member into a specific facility or activity, and view your latest check-ins.

Note: You can also find the “Check-in” feature at the top right corner, next to the current facility, on your CivicRec internal page.
