Non-Membership Auto-Billing


Auto-billing is supported for non-membership registrations, via payment plans. Payment plans simply let you build a list of payment installments, and whether or not the payment plan allows or requires auto-billing.

Once someone signs up for a program with a payment plan selected, their card goes on file and each of those installments (which are setup as balances due on their account), will get billed to that card automatically on the due date, unless pre-paid ahead of time.

Cards on file and auto billing for any balances due in the system can be managed in the A/R center.
