Change a Participant: Wrong Account Member Registered

Overview

When another registrant is registered and on the roster for the activity other than the intended registrant the participant can be changed without having to mess

Note: You can only transfer participants that are on the same user account. You cannot switch from one family account to another. If this is the issue please contact CivicRec Support for assistance. 

Instructions

  1. Search for a user in Accounts search function

  2. Select the user

  3. Select Voids, Refunds, & Transfers

  4. Select the Actions menu next to the Transaction that you want to edit

  5. Choose Change Participant

  6. Under Target Participant, select the participant you want to change to

  7. Select Preview Transfer

  8. Select Complete Transfer
