Dynamic Fields for TTS & SMS

Instructions

  1. Login using admin credentials
  2. Navigate to network settings/messaging
  3. Enable Dynamic TTS SMS
  4. Post page and select: TTS + SMS + Dynamic TTS - SMS
  5. Check CSV file format Here
    Email FullName Address
    user@organization.com User one 1234 fake street, Houston TX, 77043
    user@organization.com User two 1234 fake street, Houston TX, 77043
  6. The first header of CSV file must be any one of these. ( "email" or "userID" or "databaseID" ). 
  7. Upload file 
  8. Create a message following the [ ] schema
