Designate Which Types Of Phones To Send To By Default


You have the ability to set defaults for your entire network for Phone Type, Message type (Email/Text/TTS), Caller ID and email footer.

To set these items simply go to "Post", then "Manage Post"

  1. Default Post Methods- You can designate what Post Methods are automatically checked on the post page. Simply check the channels you would like to send.
  2. Phone Types- You can designate by default to which phone types all Text to Speech or Text/SMS messages will be delivered to.
  3. Caller ID- Set the default Caller Name and Caller ID that will appear when sending Text to Speach and Voice broadcast.

 These designations will then show up on the post a message page as default settings.
