Is it possible for people to sign up for emergency notifications like parents, etc, or is it just for users who can authenticate (students, faculty, staff)?


We can do this either way: 

  1. Only people in your system, e.g. they have only enabled the "Sign In via LDAP" option. 
  2. People in your system + others not in your system (like parents or high school students taking college courses).
