Posting via Text-to-Post or Email-to-Post Subject Line Must be Unique


Please be aware that CivicReady is a two way messaging platform, so with that in mind we track any message posted via Texting-to-Post to a group or using the assigned email address for a specific group (Email-to-Post) we use the Subject line to tracking those messages.

It is critical that any message posted by Text-to-Post or Email-to-Post that the subject line is unique every time.

If the subject line is the same as a previous message our system may consider it as a reply to the original message and will not post the new posting to the entire group.
