Note: System administrators will be able to override the workflow, if necessary.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Site Tools

  2. Select Group Administration

  3. Create a group of users that should be part of the approval chain

  4. Navigate to the page you wish to add to
  5. Select the Properties tab

  6. Select Workflow

  7. Choose your group by selecting Add User Or Group

  8. Select Save Page Changes when you have added the users/groups
