We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. These changes mark the first step toward creating a cohesive and seamless user experience across all solutions in our portfolio. As part of this transition, users may notice minor design updates. While the functionality you rely on remains unchanged, we are in the process of updating screenshots and other resources on our Help Centers to reflect the new branding. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete these updates.
Locked Out
Updated:
The system will lock out a user if they reach 5 failed login attempts. Once the account locks, it will remain locked for 30 minutes. You may wait 30 minutes to try again or reset your password for faster access.
Note: For security purposes, the system will not tell you if an invalid login attempt is the result of the wrong email address or password.

Is there also an automatic lockout if the user hasn't logged in for X number of days? I think I recall Support informing me of that in the past?
Hi Michael Tjoelker users will not be locked out of their CivicPlus Single Sign-On account for any period of inactivity.
