This article walks through how to remove an application credential from your Organization.
Important Notes
- If a credential is removed, the forms from the specified application will no longer show up in the Organization's CivicPlus Portal. Deleting a credential is permanent and cannot be undone.
- You will want to ensure you are only deleting credentials that are not used in any of your integrations in the Integration Hub.
- If you happen to delete a credential that is used in one or more integrations, these integrations will be broken and the integrations will error.
- In many situations, it may be best to simply update your credentials instead of creating new ones and deleting the old ones. This will ensure any integrations using your credentials will not be broken.
Instructions
- Sign in to CivicPlus Organizations
- Navigate to the Applications tab
- Select Actions and then Manage Credentials next to the application
- Select Actions and then Delete next to the credential you wish to remove
- Click Ok on the pop-up that says Are you sure you want to delete this credential?
