CivicPlus Portal Permissions

Organization Owners have full access to the CivicPlus Portal automatically and Groups from CivicPlus Organizations can also be assigned permissions.

Permission Levels in Portal

• Organization Owners:
  • Have full access and administrative control in the CivicPlus Portal
  • Can grant administrative access to groups in the Permissions tab
• Group Members:
  • Have full access rights to create Links, manage Forms, manage Alerts, manage Notifications, and manage Navigation

Instructions

1. Navigate to the page with your embedded Portal or access the stand-alone Portal
2. Select Settings
   
   
3. Click the Permissions tab
   
   
4. If needed, click Sync Groups to refresh the groups that are listed
   
5. Toggle on/off permissions for each Group
   
   
   Note: Permissions are applied/removed as soon as the state of the toggle is updated.
