Receipt Pages Best Practices

In every CivicPlus application, once a payment has been made, the application will show a receipt page. It is recommended that you turn off any receipt or confirmation page when a gateway allows it. This prevents the user from seeing double receipt pages and streamlines the checkout process.

Depending on which gateway you use, the settings available will vary. Please check with your gateway provider for details on how to turn off the receipt page.
