We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Sign Up for Release Notes

CivicPlus strives to provide release notes for all bug fixes and product enhancements. Sign up for Release Notes to ensure that you are notified as soon as they are available.

 

Important Note

  • To access release notes you must sign in to the Help Center.

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the CivicPlus Power Products Release Notes section
    Note: You may be prompted to log in. If you have never logged into the Help Center before, you will need to create a new account using the Sign up link at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  2. Select the Release Notes section you want to subscribe to
    Release notes topics.
  3. Select Follow and choose a follow option
    Follow options.
    • New articles: Receive a notification when a new release notes article is added to the section
    • New articles and comments: Receive notifications of new articles and when there are comments on existing articles
