Purchasing
Your devices must be purchased directly from Elavon. See the hardware overview article for more information.

Requirements for Ingenico Lane 3000 and 5000
You will need the following to get started:
- Payment Terminal
- Power Supply
Instructions
- Plug in the payment terminal to the back of the device
- Plug in the power supply to the main cable
- Plug in the USB cable to your computer
- Plug the power supply into an electrical outlet
Requirements for iPP 320 and iSC Touch 250
You will need the following items before you get started:
- Payment Terminal
- Magic Box
- Power Supply
- USB A to USB B cable (aka. printer cable)
Documentation
Follow the directions on the Converge developer website to install the power supply and magic box. You only need to follow the physical setup instructions. Do not follow the instruction for "Configure the Card Reader to Communicate via IP". We are integrated to communicate over USB, not over IP.
After installing the power supply and magic box, insert the USB cable between the magic box and your computer.
As seen in the picture above, the magic box connects the payment terminal, power supply, and your computer together.
