Add Specific Content Types to a Workflow

For Content Workflows, you can specify one or more content types you want the workflow to apply to. 

 

Important Notes

  • If you choose a content type, this workflow will apply only to that content type(s).
  • If you do not choose a content type, this workflow will apply to all content types.
  • To build a workflow for assets, you will need to create a new workflow and choose Assets from the dropdown

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher (Read Only)

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Settings and then select Workflows
    Settings, Workflows.
  3. Click the gear icon next to the Workflow you wish to edit
    Gear icon.
  4. Choose Content Type(s) from the drop-down and click Enter
    select content type
  5. Scroll up and click Save
    save
