Is RCM compatible with iPads or other iOS devices?
No, RCM only works with Windows or MacOS (OS X). See system requirements. Note, you can use Global Payments Integrated Mobile which is available through the Apple Store. However, there is no integration between Pay and Global Payments Integrated Mobile, and is 100% completely separate. Any transactions performed through Global Payments Integrated Mobile will not be supported by CivicPlus.
I'm having trouble getting RCM to work. What network changes do I need to make to allow communication with Global Payments Integrated?
This information is documented in Information Regarding OpenEdge's IP Ranges and Ports Now Online. Please see the section under "Payment System Applications".
