View Your Identity Provider Token

Users with accounts connected to custom identity providers can view their Identity Provider Token on their account page. This allows CivicPlus Support to more easily obtain the information necessary to ensure successful sign-in for our users.

 

Instructions

  1. Log in on the Sign In Screen
    SSO Sign-in screen.
  2. Navigate to the Identity Provider Token tab
    identity provider tab.
  3. Expand the ID Token or ID Token Decoded tabs to view the information
    ID Token tab expanded.
