CivicPlus Pay PCI Compliance

A combination of CivicPlus, the Payment Provider, and you, the customer, share responsibilities for maintaining PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance. Contact your Payment Provider for more information on PCI Compliance.

 

CivicPlus Pay is a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant product that has a third-party Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) perform an independent audit annually. The Attestation of Compliance (AOC) for CivicPlus Pay can be provided as needed. 

 

Request a Copy of the AOC

You can request a copy of the Attestation of Compliance (AOC) at any time by contacting your Customer Success Manager or CivicPlus Support. 

  • Include CivicPlus Pay as the product you need the AOC for
  • Include the first name, last name, and email address of whom the AOC should be sent to
