The SeeClickFix 311 CRM product can be added as a tab on your CivicPlus Portal. This embed allows users to view a map of existing requests and submit a new request.
Note: If you have the SeeClickFix product and do not see it in your Portal, please contact Support.
Portal administrators can customize the label and description of the embed under Navigation Settings.
